I've been biting at the bit, waiting for all the posts to come rolling in from our convention goers. So far, nada.
I did receive a "briefing" from my two agents that were able to attend. I thought I would share one item that they brought back:
Enhanced Marketing Solutions (EMS)
In addition to services offered to auction properties, EMS is a solution for developments and premier properties. There are four basic levels:
- Platinum EMS: for properties and homes ranging from $5 - $100+ million
- Gold EMS: for properties in he $1 -$5 million range
- Silver EMS:a good fit for those in the $500 - $1 million range
- Flex EMS: create your own package
Each plan comes with a variety of marketing incentives: advertising, digital marketing, marketing services, research, branding, direct marketing, event marketing and public relations. Under each incentive are various "menu items" that come with each package. Under the direct marketing incentive, you'll find:
DIRECT MARKETING:
Brochures
Post cards
Property Flyers
Direct Mail pieces
Database development

Very impressive pieces, I think, to show potential developers and sellers of premier properties. I think the "FLEX" level allowing a seller to pick and choose the pieces that fit the best with their particular property is very powerful. We do not have to force them into a specific sized box that may not be the right fit for them... Once again, I think we're leading the pack, allowing a seller to FIND THEIR FREEDOM with UNITED COUNTRY.
